How do I use Pro in the app?
Subscribe on this website, then sign in to the AuraCam app with the same account (the same Google account, or the same email and password). Pro switches on by itself, usually within seconds.
Why can't I subscribe inside the app?
AuraCam Pro is sold here on our website. Your subscription is linked to your account, so it works on any phone where you sign in.
Where can I get the app?
AuraCam is an Android app. It's in testing now and coming soon to Google Play.
How do I cancel?
Go to your Account page and choose Manage subscription, or use the link in your receipt email. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment and you get a full refund, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.
How do I pay, and who charges me?
Our reseller, Paddle, handles checkout securely and is the merchant of record, so the charge on your statement usually starts with PADDLE.NET. You can pay by card, and in many countries by PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos stay on your phone. When you run an AI scan, one camera frame is sent to be analysed, and it's never stored. The Privacy Policy has the details.
